Hoda Mansour
Hoda is responsible for the SAP’s in country presence and growth strategy including sales, marketing, operations and P&L. She is driving SAP’s growth plan and leading global education & training platforms to expand the country’s digital ecosystem.
Since joining SAP in 2013, Hoda played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategy to transform its presence in the UAE Market. During her role as Chief Operating Officer, UAE & Oman won the Market Unit of the Year award & Hoda was recognized as the Top COO across the whole of EMEA South. In FY18, Hoda Led SAP Egypt where the team delivered the best year ever including revenue and P&L; with double digit growth On Premise & triple digit growth on Cloud. She was also recognized by SAP CEO, Bill McDermott, in his Keynote Speech at Winner Circle Hawaii in her very first year of joining SAP for her achievement in closing a significant deal of high impact to SAP.
Hoda represents women in leadership as part of SAP’s Women Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP). She has also been selected as part of the Women to Watch global list at SAP in 2020- which includes a small group of top talented and high potential women. She regularly speaks at global & international conferences and forums. She has more of 20 years of experience in delivering innovation and driving business value for customers in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. Prior to joining SAP, she worked for leading multinational software companies including Oracle and Microsoft in both regional and global capacities.
Hoda holds a B.Sc. with Distinction & Honors in Engineering from Alexandria University in addition to Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Maastricht School of Management
