Deemah Al Yahya

As a digital economy enthusiast and innovation catalyst, Deemah Al Yahya spent over 18 years focusing on growing the developer community and empowering tech entrepreneurs in addition to building tech ecosystems that could impact and enable more than 2.5m people. At the national level, she represented Saudi Arabia in various key international summits, such as WEF, G20 and ITU, with an emphasis on advancing Saudi contributions to the international digital economy.

Throughout her career, she worked in both the private and public sectors, advising, designing, and orchestrating major strategic programs and initiatives through organizations such as the MiSK Foundation, the National Digitization Unit strategy, Microsoft, Tadawul and others. In addition, she has been serving on several boards, Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, World Economic Forum Global Future Council for Digital Economy & Society, the Global Entrepreneurship Network, B20 Executive Committee, and Saudi Digital Economy Policy Advisory Committee.

Moreover, she founded ‘Women Spark Initiative’ in 2013 to be an active contributor to the growth of the digital economy through building a significant ecosystem of women talents and the creation of direct connections to those capital sources that speed up the growth cycle for female-founded companies in technology.
