Fatema is the CEO & Founder of Andra Public Relations - A Bahrain-based Public Relations & Corporate Communications firm that specialises in Financial Technology and other specialised sectors. Andra PR is the only niche focused PR agency in Bahrain focused on the FinTech sector. Under Andra's initiatives, the FinTech series was launched in Bahrain gathering 20+ speakers, 300+ attendees and 8 partnerships so far.
In February 2018, Fatema was appointed by HRH Crown Prince to be part of the new board of directors for the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), for the term 2018 - 2021. She was the youngest board member to ever be elected in the Kingdom. In addition, She is a Board Member at Radio Bahrain. Furthermore, Fatema served as a Board Member and the Public Relations Director for the Women in Fintech Initiative (WIFBH) from 2018 till 2020.
