Jayne Ede

Jayne Ede is a Chemistry (Masters - 2012) Graduate of the University of Southampton, UK, and am now working for the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) as a Decontamination Chemist. Typical project work includes general laboratory practise, use of a variety of analytical equipment, liaison with civilian and military personnel and customers and advising said parties on scientific matters involving Chemical Hazard Management (Chemical Warfare Agents and Toxic Industrial Chemicals). He also has experience in large scale trials for various elements of Defence Science and Technology. Through his work He is also a STEM ambassador and regularly visit schools for science and technology outreach events.
