Doug Hildreth

Doug Hildreth brings extensive executive experience in building, training, leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional organizations. Retiring as a Command Sergeant Major with 30 years of active Army service, the final 21 years in Special Mission Units within U.S. Special Operations Command, Doug remains at the leading edge in rapidly developing and implementing protocols for successfully integrating disparate capabilities into agile, focused, purpose-built, and lethal organizations. Through his career, Doug provided leadership for elements ranging from Infantry fire teams of five to Special Operations Task Forces of over 1500. Doug holds a bachelors degree in Strategic Studies, summa cum laude, from Norwich University.
