Dave Morgan
David Morgan is the President of STS International, where he oversees the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge antiterrorism and force protection technologies, medical simulation training products, and professional engineering services worldwide. Through his strategic leadership, STS has grown over 600 percent in the last five years by penetrating new and emerging markets through a diversified client base in eighteen countries. STS’ advanced technologies protect national interests for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
In addition to designing and delivering Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, he has also led development of simulation technologies to train with virtual and augmented simulators; task trainers; gaming solutions; and live training simulations for the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines. His strong commitment to research and development has produced technological and logistical advancements were recognized in the Army’s Greatest Inventions program; command and control technology that consolidates full motion video into common display systems; highly skilled teams to provide training to US forces for ISR and counter-improvised explosive device systems; and establishing technical and program architectures for the integration of C4ISR technologies into DoD operations.
