Michael Marks
Michael is a founding managing partner of WRVi Capital — a technology venture fund focused on accelerating the monetization and scaling of disruptive companies globally. Prior to WRVI, he was the chairman and co-founder of Katerra Inc, a technology company optimizing every aspect of building design, materials supply, and construction in the $8 Trillion construction industry. He was also a founding partner of Riverwood Capital, a Menlo Park-based private equity firm. Prior to establishing Riverwood, Michael was a partner and senior advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 2006 and 2007. He spent 13 years as CEO and then chairman of Flextronics International Ltd., building it into one of the largest technology companies in the world. Michael currently is a Director of Katerra Inc., Berkeley Lights (Chairman), Bossa Nova (Chairman), Enjoy, Maui Greens, White Rabbit, The Melt and H2O.ai. Previously, Michael was a Director of Schlumberger Limited and SanDisk.
