Stephen Lu

Stephen Lu provides career advice, improve confidence, and inspire to create LinkedIn content so you can build your personal brand, get the job the one wants, and be successful in a career! In 2016, after being rejected from a leadership program, he joined the Professional Asian American Network. He started to find his voice and gain confidence in public speaking. Then in 2018, he started a #52WeekChallenge to post videos every single week on LinkedIn. These weekly videos has significantly improved his confidence, his delivery, and his public speaking. He worked to fix his weaknesses and continuously improved week after week. Fast forward to today, he is a Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, working on supply chain projects. He is managing multi-million dollar projects to ensure issues with the supply chain are mitigated before impacting production. Stephen Lu is also a career coach and public speaker.
