David Aronoff

David Aronoff has over the past 25 years, he has been a director on more than twenty-five technology company boards, bringing expertise on product and competitive strategy, risk, ESGm and human resources, among other issues. He has strong M&A and financing experience, comprising dozens of transactions with leading technology companies and top investment banking firms. And he has worked with companies across the United States as well as internationally in Canada, Germany, Czech Republic and Israel. He enjoys working with groups of motivated executives and innovators, to help them bring their expertise and ideas together with a strategic plan - and to act on that plan. Sectors of experience and interest include SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity (Consumer, Enterprise and Infrastructure), Enterprise Software and more recently in Quantum Computing, Quantum Networking and Climate Technologies. his practice has focused largely in Financial Services, Internet Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Defense and Telecommunications markets.
