Catherine Lesjak

Ms. Catherine A. Lesjak, has been a Director of General Electric Company since March 1, 2019. Ms. Lesjak served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at HP Inc. from July 1, 2018 to January 01, 2019. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of HP Inc. from January 01, 2007 to July 1, 2018. Ms. Lesjak was responsible for all aspects of HP Inc.'s financial processes including accounting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury and investor relations.

Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Business. Before that, she was group controller for HP's Software Solutions Organization and managed HP's global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization. She also served as Vice President of Finance at HP Software Global Business Unit. She has been a Director of Aruba Networks, Inc. since May 18, 2015. Ms. Lesjak has been an Independent Director of SunPower Corporation since June 6, 2013. She served as a Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company until November 1, 2015. She served as a Director of Neoware, Inc. since October 2007. Ms. Lesjak holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Business degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
