Edmunds Belskis

Edmunds Beļskis holds the position of Deputy State Secretary at Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia. In this role, he carries the responsibility of defining and implementation of E-Governance policy, as well as developing the whole-of-government approach for better delivery of public services, based on customer needs and provision of multi-channel service, i.e. On-Site and easy to use E-government portal along with seamlessly integrated back-office information systems.
