Her focus is on building partnerships with Corporates, Governments, Industry bodies, Incubators, Accelerators, VCs, Startups and Ecosystem partners to create innovative solutions to address business pain-points and industry challenges and accelerate future digital technology capabilities. Together with her team, Gennie has organised the Rolls-Royce Data Innovation Challenge inviting startups to optimise flight schedules, and the Blockchain Innovation Challenge for aviation maintenance. Her past experiences with the company are in communications, strategy, business development and digital innovation.
