• Managing the Regional Engineering team that delivers Automation & CI (Continuous Improvement) across the region
• Jointly develop and support KEEP (retention) strategies for key customers through proactive OE engagement, Engineering studies, Automation & Innovation (Target >90%)
• Roll-out key Innovation initiatives in APAC including e-commerce, smart devices, wearable, AI/ ML, IoT with clear focus on immediate returns, set-up first APAC Innovation Playground in Malaysia in 2019
• Regional sponsor of the global Operational Excellence program (XSITE) for Asia Pacific focusing on people & leadership, process improvement and standardization.
