Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development (Russian Federation) ^Ministry

The main directions of the Department's work are support of small and medium-sized businesses in the capital, development of human capital, creation and development of the innovative infrastructure of the city. The department and its subordinate institutions provide subsidies and advice to businesses, conduct educational and exhibition events, protect the interests of the business community, help Moscow companies enter foreign markets, and develop solutions to improve the capital's business climate. The department also oversees the work of technoparks and children's technoparks, the Tekhnograd educational complex and an innovation cluster in the city of Moscow. The department holds major events for business: Moscow Entrepreneurship Week, Moscow Entrepreneurship Forum, Moscow Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, Breakthrough of the Year award, Moscow Innovator, Digital Transformation Leaders and others.
