The City of Knowledge and Urban Development is a partnership between businesses, research and educational institutions and the Municipality of Lyngby-Taarbæk, established in 2012.
Lyngby is home to Europe’s leading technical university (DTU) which attracts highly skilled students and scientist from all over the world. The business community in the city employs a high percentage of international experts and the citizens in Lyngby-Taarbæk are among the most well-educated in the country.
The mission of the City of Knowledge and Urban Development is to foster and facilitate partnerships and networks across sectors in order to create innovation and business development in the area of Lyngby and throughout the region of Copenhagen.
