TriMin Government Solutions began working with county government in 1990. The first application was Land Records Management System (LRMS), an image-enabled solution for registering and recording Abstract and Torrens documents. TriMin was an integral part of the launch of electronic recording across the country. The first electronically recorded document in Wisconsin was received using TriMin software in 2003.
