Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund: AI and data economy AI Hubs

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been positioned as one of the biggest commercial opportunities for global economies. The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) estimates that AI could add an additional £630 billion to the UK economy by 2035. The Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund was set up to put the UK at the forefront of the artificial intelligence and data revolution. It has launched a major fund to support programmes on "Artificial intelligence and data economy".
