Ciliatech ^Company

The purpose of the ciliatech is the research, development, production, exploitation, acquisition and distribution of pharmaceutical and diagnostic products and technologies. The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of any intellectual property rights or licenses of any kind. The Company may enter into any commercial, contractual or financialdealings that are likely to promote the Company's purpose or that are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also set up branch offices in Germany and abroad and participate in or partner with other companies.
