2030 Group was officially launched in 2018. A year later the company entered the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s regulatory sandbox and successfully piloted a tokenization project through its first subsidiary TokenFactory (now known as Mozaic Markets), in collaboration with the London Stock Exchange Group.

Since then the company has broadened its focus to harnessing the potential of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) across all markets, sectors and verticals to remove friction and solve real world problems.
