NeoSound develops a digital sound processing technology that transforms human voice or other sounds into meaningful data. They provide sound analytics solution for call center supervisors who without their technology spend too much of time manually listening to random calls in order to find the necessary ones to improve the agents work and ultimately retain more customers. They have started in 2016 from the musical application.Their algorithm detected musical notes out of the human voice that enabled people to compose melodies without having skills in music. Then they have pivoted by adjusting their technology to the emotions recognition using ML and acoustics data analytics.
