FutureTelebranch is a kiosk technology project that aims to revolutionize customer service in the telecom industry. Our key product is a videoconference kiosk that allows customers to receive full customer service from a remotely located service agent. The kiosk offers a range of services including advice, package renewal or amendment, sim-card replacement, and account top-up. Since our launch in 2017, we have developed three different editions of our product and are currently piloting one of them with our first client in Ukraine. Our goal is to maximize human contact between customers and service agents while minimizing costs.
