Swissray Global Healthcare Holding Ltd. (stock code: 4198), also known as SRG, have a total of three operating subsidiaries, which is collectively called as Swissray Group. The Group was found in 1988, and its Headquarters is located in Taipei, Taiwan. Swissray Group primarily focuses on research and development, manufacture, and global operation of the high-end medical imaging device, which operates through its subsidiary companies respectively located in Switzerland, United States, and Taiwan. In 1997, the technology of CCD was successfully introduced into the X-ray system and developed Direct Digital Radiography (DDR). Furthermore, Swissray was the first to receive the registration to sell an integrated digital detector X-ray system from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Group has since then continued on the development of digital diagnostic X-ray system. By meeting different market demands, the Group provides a series of digital and low-dose X-ray systems.
