As a RegTech SaaS, the software enables controllers (legal entities that process personal identifiable information) to efficiently process data subject rights requests acc. to EU-GDPR. It offers a workflow based solution that reduces regulatory risk and manual effort. In particular, it solves common problems related to data subject rights requests that include verification of a requestors' identity, end-to-end encrypted communication with a requestor, pre-built templates, creation of highly individualized responses incl. legally defined minimum content, role-based participation to the workflow and management of deadlines. It even enables a direct integration of a controllers digital offerings (e.g. app or website) to enable their customer to raise requests and receive responses directly from within these offerings.
