An independent Non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded in the UK in 1984 by a group of concerned postgraduate students. Islamic Relief strives to alleviate suffering, hunger, illiteracy and diseases worldwide without regard to colour, race or creed and to provide aid in a compassionate and dignified manner.
