Specialists in dementia care whose services include care at home, in specialist supported houses, day activity centres, carer support, information, advice, counselling. From August 2005 DCP will offer short breaks for younger people with dementia and older people from the black & minority ethnic community and their carers plus restaurant, coffee shop, activities, etc in the new centre opening in Brunswick Village.
