2nd New Forest North (Stanley's Own) Scout Group ^NGOs

Stanley’s Own has 2 Beaver Colonies, 2 Cub Packs, 2 Scout Troops and Explorer Scouts, also Brownies, Guides and Rainbows use the Headquarters therefore that over 200 youths, and their Leaders, meet weekly at the Headquarters during term time. Stanley’s Own also has a Scout and Guide Band that formed in 1935. The Band performs at parades, carnivals and various occasions in our district. The funds raised over the carnival weekend is “to keep the lights on”. It helps with maintenance as well as utility bills allowing Stanley’s Own to keep the scout membership fees down.
